Signage designed by Glyphics p-p-points the way into London Zoo’s Penguin Beach.
The Zoo team designed the logo, inspired by the antics of the inhabitants. We then translated their dancing and diving penguins into metal plus words in varnished plywood. |

Shimmer Discs
Creative brainstorming helped us to add real dazzle to the signs, even with a limited budget and no power supply. Glyphics’ Brian Heppell explains: “We came up with the idea of using blue and silver shimmer discs to give the impression of water. That way you get movement as well as sparkle. And the kids love it.”
